WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

WHAT A DAY AT ACA!

At ACA, every training session is designed to help athletes grow both on and off the field.

Each day, athletes will train for 45 minutes through a series of six dynamic drills focused on developing overall speed, strength, and agility.

After training, athletes will be divided into small groups based on age for our small group period. During this time, we’ll have a lesson or discussion centered on a specific topic or Bible lesson. This is where we challenge and encourage athletes to strengthen their walk with Christ and learn how they can continue to grow as individuals and teammates.

New for the 2026 Season

We’re excited to introduce ACA 7v7 Football!
Athletes will be placed on one of six teams that will practice and compete in our in-house 7v7 tournament. At the end of the season, we’ll crown the ACA 7v7 Champion!

Weekly Focus & Special Event

Every week will feature new training sessions designed to continually challenge each athlete. These sessions will also include combine-specific training to help prepare athletes for our ACA Combine, a special NFL-style event hosted in the spring.

Athletes who register for the 8-week training program will automatically receive free registration for the combine.

The 2026 ACA Combine will be a separate event hosted outside of the 8-week training program.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be partnering again with Garage Strength, a nationally recognized training organization with years of experience preparing Division I and NFL athletes for combine drills. Their expertise will help ensure that every athlete gets an authentic, high-quality combine experience.

This event will be included with the standard ACA registration.
If you would like to participate in just the Combine, a separate Combine-only registration option will be available.
