WHAT WE ARE ABOUT

APLHA CHRISTIAN ATHLETES  (ACA) is an 8- session program designed for young men ages (11-16) Each training session is built to help athletes grow-athletically, spiritually and mentally.
Each day includes a 45-minute series of dynamic drills focused on improving speed, strength, and agility. Our goal is to help every athlete unlock their full athletic potential through high-energy, intentional training.

After the workout, athletes will join small group sessions divided by age.
During this time, we'll dive into a short lesson or discussion centered on a specific life topic or Bible study. These conversations are where we challenge and encourage athletes to strengthen their faith, character, and teamwork - helping them grow not just as competitors, but as leaders.
New for the 2026 Season - ACA 7v7 Football

Following the small group period, athletes will be placed on one of six teams to practice and compete in our in-house 7v7 league. Over the season, teams will battle it out in friendly competition leading up to our ACA 7v7 Championship Game, where we'll crown the season's champion!
Each week features new training sessions designed to push athletes to new levels. We'll also include combine-specific training to prepare for our signature event — the ACA Combine, an NFL-style showcase held in the spring.

THE 2026 ACA COMBINE

Hosted as a separate event outside of the 8-week program, the ACA Combine gives athletes the chance to test their skills in professional-style drills.

We’re proud to partner once again with Garage Strength, a nationally recognized training organization known for developing Division I and NFL athletes. Their expertise ensures an authentic, high-quality experience for every participant.

This event is included with standard ACA registration, but a Combine-only option will also be available for those who just want to compete in the Combine.
